The Rustic Show   Artist Mail List button
The beauty of the Adirondack and Rustic styles of art & furnishings is in the unusual way artists combine both old and new materials into works of art. The Rustic Show will represent the artist that creates art for a natural and contemporary lifestyle from what nature has to offer.
Artists, craftsmen, designers and builders working in the Rustic style are invited to participate in the first of a series of Rustic Living events.Fewer than 100 spaces will be available in this modest size show whose focus will be on quality and artistry rather than commercialism.

Why Danbury
One of the key aspects in selecting a location is to recognize growth and development in an area. The O'Neill Center at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury CT is perfectly situated just minutes off state Route 84 only 65 miles from Hartford, is less than 45 minutes from most of Westchester and is easily accessible from the affluent communities of Southern CT.
The growth in this area in the past six years has been enormous, and our show location, close to the Westchester border, will provide us with affluent first and second home owners.

Commercial Vendors/Artist Awards
Limited space will be available for carefully selected commercial enterprises such as log home and timber frame builders, landscaping or suppliers of materials. These vendors should enhance and compliment the show's creative environment. The commercial vendor will also be required to sponsor an award. Commercial vendors will pay the same booth fee as the artists and will also be required to sponsor a $150 artist award. Credits will be given to the sponsor in the show program, on the artist booth signs and in our media kit. Artist awards will be given by Dan Mack and Bim Willow on behalf of the sponsor.
